Handyman and Builder
Hi — I’m Clarke. Born and raised in Ann Arbor, I’ve raised my two children here and built deep roots in the community. Through Cozy Home I am following my passion of creating beautiful spaces for my local community. I’ve studied natural building, and energy auditing. I’m a licensed general contractor in the state of Michigan. I’ve volunteered with Habitat for Humanity in Colorado, spent time in Guatemala and Peru studying Spanish, and now run a local business helping Washtenaw County homeowners with projects big and small. Friendly, reliable, and committed to quality work, I’m here to improve your living spaces.

“Big shout out to Clarke at Cozy Home! He recently insulated and sealed the overhang under our bedroom floors. We noticed an immediate difference in temperature - no more freezing feet at night! He’s meticulous with his work; he opened up the exterior and restored it so seamlessly you’d never know he was there. If you need someone who treats your home like his own, call Clarke.”
